[Milsurplus] SAQ Reception Attempt

    The Anderson Alternator SAQ is scheduled to transmit its annual 
Christmas
message tomorrow morning (Christmas Eve) at 08:00Z and 08:30Z.
        (03:00 local EST otherwise know as "Oh Dark Thirty")

    I've improve my 8 foot loop which can be  remotely tuned and rotated.
