I did point this out to them Meir. USPS website states $11 for a 1lb  
envelope, I'm guessing 6 plastic wheels weigh far less. I think its their system  to 
use UPS or such rather than USPS, don't know why. 
I think even someone kindly buying them in the US and then posting them via  
USPS may be too costly for what they are.
