[Milsurplus] Cost of parts these days

Wow !!
 
I just tried to buy 6 miniature BCD push wheels from a supplier in US. 
Part Total: $ 17.70  (£12)
Freight Charge: $ 30.50   (£20)

$30 to put 6 little plastic things in a bag and stick a stamp on the  
envelope. 
 
No wonder the economy is shot. Seems repairing these sets is getting too  
expensive. 
 
Anyone know of a supplier of miniature BCD push wheels that can stick a  
stamp on ?
