I thought it interesting that the receiver conversion replaces ALL of the
capacitors, but the transmitter conversion didn't even mention considering
replacements. Yet the transmitter article discussed cures for chirp, and it
seems common knowledge that transmitter caps are a cause of chirp troubles.

Would have been a good comment to the receiver article, too. The Editor
should have inserted such a comment.
