A classic movie Dick!!! The B-36 was retired before I was even born;
that movie has some of the best footage of the "Aluminum Overcast"
that I've ever seen!!
I was fortunate to see one at the old Greater Southwest Air Museum in
Irvine (or was it Grapevine) TX around 1983 or so. We were told that
the spar of that ship had to be broken before the FAA would let a
civilian agency get the B-36. Is the aircraft still there?
