Now, nothing's been said heretofore about tying availability to value.  There 
is certainly no linear relationship between the two.  There are Common up to 
Scarce items that bring high dollar.  And if I thought about it a little while 
I could come up with some examples that are probably Rare to Extinct that if 
you did find an absolutely mint condition example of you probably couldn't 
give it away even if you paid shipping.
