[Milsurplus] Heath as a surplus dealer

I can't put my hands on it right now but somewhere I have a copy of Heath ad
from a mid-forties radio magazine (Radio-Electronics?)featuring surplus
equipment. While the company was clearly Heath, the ad had the world globe
talking into a mic and the praying hands logo, with a Lima Ohio address.
Heath and Fair started together?
Another data point. My ARB came to me in a wooden crate with a Heath sticker on
the side. Oh course, someone could have just dumped the radio and parts into an
old Heath crate.
