G'day all,
I am about to start to restore a BC-312 (appears to be -D variant or later,
but does not have the Vernier Tuning Clamp) that I originally had set aside
as a junker for parts only. Over a period of time I have been able to
assemble many of the missing parts but still am in need of a few. If you can
help, please email me offline, with details and pricing, at
davprin1 at optusnet.com.au
All of these with the exception of the ID plate would be the same on BC-312,
314, 342, 344, I think.
Parts required are:
(a) Fast Tuning assembly complete - this appears to be a bush mounted on the
front panel with a short shaft and a gear wheel (which meshes with the rest
of the tuning gear train).
(b) Knob for the above assembly (approx 1.5 inches diameter whith knurled
outer edge and spinning handle)
(c) Knob for Vernier Tuning Control (Approx 1.25 inches diameter, fluted
outer edge and has a skirt with calibration marks around 360 degrees and
numbered 0 - 9
(d) Knob for Volume control (same as the above Vernier Tuning knob but is
marked 'VOL' on front face)
(e) 'Nose' shaped connector extrusion from front panel (with or without
SO-94 connector)
(f) ID Plate.
Thanks for reading
Cheers
Dave
