Amen! - if you don't like ebay policies then complain to them,  organize a 
boycott, or set up a competing service. But give me a break - a lawsuit will 
benefit absolutely no one but a bunch of bloodsucking lawyers.

Me, I am immensely grateful for the entrepreneurs who invested their energy 
and money to set up a service that (as a side effect) has saved countless 
thousands of pieces of vintage radio gear from the dump.
Excuse me, I'm heading back down into the basement to work on restoring some 
vintage USN gear I rescued thanks to eBay.
