I have bought a lot of stuff on ebay and always use US Postal MO.  I  
have always thought that was the safest way to shop.  I have that  
opinion because I personally know someone who is serving hard time  
because he started selling stuff on ebay that he had no intentions of  
shipping.  He took a couple of Postal MOs as payment and when the  
people didn't get their item, the postal police came and arrested him.  
  I have also gotten a refund for a Postal MO that was lost in the mail.

Even if you get your money back with paypal, I have never heard of  
anyone going to jail and that is what they deserve.
