Interesting about the credit card at Sam's Club, but it does not help the
buyer who wants to buy something and the seller has not / will not set
something like that up. With radios, it's often an estate selling some
one-off things in my experience. Of my 1000+ purchases, I would guess that
95+%  were from sellers I've only dealt with once.
