IIRC Didn't the Australian Gov. put the quash on this down there?  Good to see some of you guys at the Boxboro MA flea and convention.

This is the eBay Australia petition. AFAIK eBay totally ignored it.

The remaining two are about feedback policies, which are not at issue here.
