[Milsurplus] eBay does it

Well its time to tell my story about Pay Pal I so;d a Collins KWM 2 A  last 
August about this time shipped very fast (next day) had it pro packed at UPS 
Store it arrived 2 days later.In Oct last fall I get a notice that the buyer 
stopped payment on Pay Pal tru his credit card.I faught it to no availe.They 
tied up my pay pal account and in Jan of this year I got my Radio and power 
supply back total out of pocket cost to me was a shade over 300.00 and I had 
to contact police in this guys home town .Guess what he is a lawyer.PAY PAL 
SUCKS
Whats this wal mart thing
