"does NOT carry cash...".  While, I guess none of them:

Drive on a highway or bridge where you have to pay a toll.
Park in a parking lot or garage where you have to pay.
Use a parking meter.
Buy anything from a vending machine.
Buy anything at a garage sale, flea market, rummage sale.
Etc.
