I was looking at a BC-474 recently that had a power coat OD
finish. I thought, how marvellous, why didn't they do them all
like this, but then i opened it up and saw the XTAL/ VFO 
toggle, neatly done, and the new handle on top and the nameplate
gone, and realized that someone had neatly changed it into his
"emergency radio" but had done a fine job of repainting it.
