The type -26003A key is the USN version of the Bendix commercial MT-11 key.  It would likely have been found on any WWII and later USN aircraft with a HF liason set and radio operator.  These were found on aircraft well into the 1960s, maybe even later, that carried the AN/ARC-38, -38A, and/or AN/ARC-94 HF sets.  Consider it the USN equivalent to the USAAF/USAF J-37.

The -26003 is one of my favorite keys.
