Hi All,
I have a vintage C-626/ARC-27 control box that needs to find a new home. This is an early control for the ARC-27. It is the one that weighs about 10 pounds, has channel setting controls, has local/remote switch and an on and off switch. This unit was usually placed somewhere in the depths of the aircraft and the pilot was unable to control the radio with it, instead a much smaller simpler control such as the C-628 was used by the pilot or radio operator. This allowed the choice of 18 preset freq's, volume, and on off and guard function.
Anyway, this unit has seen some water damage in the rear of the unit, but it is not horrible and I believe it can be cleaned up and used. It most certainly would be an excellent parts donor if nothing else.
Since I have many of these things, the first $8.00 plus shipping takes it. I believe it can ship in the USPS flat rate box for $12.50.
TIA
Bruce
