Hello,
A new group has been formed on Yahoo.  Just go to Yahoo Groups, 
look for ART-13 and sign up.  This is a group dedicated to the
restoration, use and discussion of the ART-13 transmitter.
I would like to say that we haven't formed it to be
competitive with any of the other fine groups; it's just an
enhancement to a particular type of military radio.
