Wasn't the Harvard an AT6?  Something like that, anyway.  I don't know 
anything about a Wilcox 134 but don't think that it had anything to do with 
AN/ARC-134.  The ARC-134 was Vietnam War vintage.  The Org Maint manual I have is 
dated 1969.
