Sorry about that.  It's the old computer geek in me.

WinRAR is a common Windows package for expanding a variety of
compressed files.  Tarball (tar.gz) is a common method used by LINUX
and Mac systems although it is also used with PCs on occasion.  It's
also one of many that WinRAR handles.  While it's not a free package,
there are several free ones that work nearly as well.
