Hi, folks,

Among my acquisitions, I've picked up a couple of interesting
panel-mount control heads for antennae.

The first has a toggle switch (currently missing) to select "Normal"
or "LF T/R" and two light/button combinations to select whether a
LORAN receiver goes to a trailing or fixed antenna in alternation with
an HF receiver in one position (Trail: Loran, Fixed: HF Rec) or an HF
receiver & LF transmitter (Trail: HF Rec & LF XMTR, Fixed: LORAN Rec).
This one kind of reminds me of the knife switch used with the ART-13
but with a few extra features.

The second is a bit less complex. It is for a trailing wire antenna
with a toggle switch (also currently missing) for IN-OFF-OUT to extend
& retract it and a push to test lamp tagged "Not Retracted".

Neither of these have conenctors but rather appear to have been
directly wired to their respective equipment or to connectors that
attach the cabling to the devices.

The combination makes me think late ARC-8, ARC-25 or any of several
Navy ART-13 installations beyond those two choices. Has anyone ever
seen anything like these and have some idea where they came from?

BEst regards,

Michael, WH7HG
