[Milsurplus] Ghostbusters and old radios

My son Bill sent me this today.  An interesting mix of old items,
looks like they hunted through somebody's cheap but interesting
surplus collection.

I know, an unlikely combination, but apparently they've restored the
classic ambulance from the movies as a prop for the release of a new
videogame, and there are some interesting bits of surplus electronics
used as set pieces:
