Fast check - see if dyno delivering rated output.  If not, mebbe vy
bad bypass.  Here's how to find it.

Tube filaments in groups of four.  One group has 6K6/41 output plus
3 more.  Pull output.  You'll have to look @ schemat. to pinpoint
remaining four tubes & then pull one of the group

Why do this?  To see if there's a bum B+ bypass when no current pulled
by tubes.  

So run up dyno & measure if any voltage drop across B- series resistor 
(bias for output stage)

If if voltage drop, find the trouble cap.

Brought a '224 back this way 2 mo.s ago... but no dyno - used external
B+ supply.

Now motors today often rated for 55C temp. rise.  Think that's 'way 
more than dynos did.
