Bill (and anyone else who has recently acquired any of this gear), there 
apparently is no manual only on the AM-6154/GRT-21.  TO 31R2-2GRT-102 covers 
AN/GRT-21 and AN/GRT-22.  AN/GRT-21 consists of Exciter T-1108/GRT-21, Amplifier 
AM-6154/GRT-21 and Keyer KY-668/GRT.  AN/GRT-22 consists of Exciter 
T-1109/GRT-22, Amplifier AM-6155/GRT-22 and Keyer KY-668/GRT.  AN/GRT-21 is VHF.  
AN/GRT-22 is UHF.  Otherwise they are externally identical and internally quite 
similar.  And it would cost more in time and effort to extract only the AM-6154 info 
than to do the whole thing (I have some experience at doing extractions and 
Novocain doesn't help).

I have one original of the TO and as soon as I finish my taxes (thanks to a 
change TurboTax made in 2004 that they didn't publish, I had to start by 
redoing 2004, then 2005, then 2006 and am now finally working on 2007) and a couple 
of BC-721's and some BC-611's, I am going to scan, clean and have available 
for reprinting the TO.
