[Milsurplus] Shipping a BC-375

I haven't checked on FedEx but with UPS, if the recipient can come up with a 
bonafide business address to ship to, the UPS rate goes down.  I'm not sure of 
the percent for heavy items but you can find out the difference using their 
online rate calculator.
