I have one T installed on my display ARB/DU/ZB set up.I have the T 
installed at the ARB with the local knob and then the spline cable goes 
to the coffee grinder.Even though it is a small portable set up, I 
included it because I had it and it adds to the display in that I have 
included accessories that might not be noted otherwise as such.

The various RU manuals I have refer to the knob as a 23022 local
tuning knob, however I can't find a reference for the dual control
cable T.  With the Navy anchor it is, as Jay suggested, for the ARB or
the RU.  I don't have an ARB manual on hand so can't verify if either
is for that receiver.
