[Milsurplus] ARC-5 Conversion

Well, the Q-Fiver conversion used a .19-.55Mhz RECEIVER, it was
basically used UN-converted and tuned to the 455Khz IF and used
as an other conversion.  Has 85 Khz IF that can be squeezed down to
very narrow band width.  Please don't cut up the T-22
