Only the RA-34-H originally used a pair of FG-17 (967). All other models use
a pair of 866-A (VT-46-A). As a comment, it doesn't look like it would be
difficult to convert any of the other models, at least to the way the control
was applied in the -H. Except for the fact that a winding on the main
transformer with a bridge rectifier developed the control voltage. Easiest solution,
lacking an -H transformer, would probably be to install another transformer to
supply the 12 VDC/2.4 A mic and control voltage and use that winding.
