[Milsurplus] R-19 reciever needs

Hi All,
Does anyone have the pin-outs for the VHF ARC receiver
version R-19.  These radios cover the regular civil
air band frequencies 118-148.  I am needing the
pin-outs for the J-303 large center connector and
J-302 the smaller connector.  Also, if anyone has a
source for the ARC connectors (I forget the
nomenclature at the moment)  I would be most grateful.
