One section that got me was the time frame of 1969-1970:
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
1969-1970: ANGRY-26’s, which lied dormant, are retired. Most went to the
salvage yard at Fort Tilden with some transferred to the Civil Air
Patrol Eastern Regional Headquarters located in Bellmore Long Island.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Terrible. Interesting though. Need to look around the net and see if i
can find any of older outfits i was associated with from the late 50's
thru the late 60's.

Does anyone on the list have units of this system with JAN nomenclature tags present? I seem to recall that the tags weren't affixed very permanently, and thus often were missing.
