[Milsurplus] Riceboxes

We had one (a Kenyaecom) aboard the LCI(L) 1091 event 3 weeks ago. I had
mixed feelings about the modern gear, but the boat got lots of badly
needed free publicity (we had a bona-fide pile-up Sunday a.m.). 

 

We are slowly assembling the components for a reconstructed, functional
station (Have: 1 RX/TX pair with matching serial numbers, RX power
cable, remote on its way from "that Place"; still need a dyno PSU (boat
is 110 DC), cables, and loading coil for 160m work)
