HP23 supply gud advice for KWM-2 Meir

To cross-pollinate just match the gazouta on the HP23's 11-pin socket
to the m2's gazintas.

Or homebrew one as nearby.

   800vct TV xfrmr into a Si bridge where gnd goes thru a 200ma choke &
   & 450v filter caps on bridge pos. output with cap tie point
   connected to old xfrmr HV c-t.  Then, voila, 650 & 325 v for 'm2

   6V some amp fil xfrmr in series w. TV xfrmr 6Vac.  There's 12VAC.
   
   Small reverse-connected AC wall-wart or fil. xfrmr into bridge &
   filter cap.  Drive w. unused 5V TV xfrmr wdg. & fiddle to get right
   stuff for 'm2

In overview this's OK.   Sri re bias details for M2 - only have HP-23 
for inspection.

However, when you're done you'll have

   a.  The M2 running again w. a HP-23 or above kludge

            --or--
  
   b.  Your dead skunk in the middle of the road

In closing, the right TV power xfrmr is becoming harder to find than a dang
HP23 or 516F2!
