[Milsurplus] Taming the BC-375

Scopes are great: My TCS has no mic gain control so I have to use a
scope as my monitor to ensure minimal overmod and potential FM. I also
use it when I'm tuning up instead of an SWR/Wattmeter. Maximum output is
usually at 2:1 (like my Swan 350) anyway. Bottom line is maximum clean
output and the scope shows these straight away.
