#1 COLLINS RADIO 3-legged crystals. Marine band freqs. On the bottom of the
crystal where there are 2 pins closer together, one of the pins is like cut away
40% or so, so that this pin is mostly round with one flatted side (if that's not
clear, one pin resembles a control shaft on a pot made for push-on knob. )
Maybe a TCS crystal, but if so, why the flatted cut away pin?
#2 Motorola 1066 kHz + some stray kHz in a heavy ceramic holder with sandwhich
metal plates on 2 sides that look each a quarter inch thick.
#3 Valpy crystal in round pillbox style holder, 8149 kHz. Is this the old marine
HF telegraphy band?
Tnx- Hue Miller
PS- i also have one of those 83 or so kHz crystals from an APN-1 or something
like that. Doubles into LF experimenter band, i think. Free if this is a project of
yours.
