Hi Don,

Has anyone brought ebay into this? I would imagine the loss of the surface 
USPS service has affected their profits a little. It has certainly affected 
my buying habits for heavy items. Anyway, FWIW I've signed the petition and 
would urge other non-US persons to do the same.
