What I'm castigating is the dealer who comes in, examines a lot and
picks out some high value items, buys them dirt cheap and cheats the
widow. If the offer and margin were as Dave said, I would have no
argument.

BUT, once having seen this behavior is confirmation that at least some
dealers are willing to rip off a widow.
