Be careful what paper you use.  I sent some antennas to Australia some years 
back.
I wrapped them in heavy brown paper I got from big, unused "lawn leaf" paper 
bags.
The Customs people saw the markings and quarantined the antennas,
in case some lawn bugs were in the bags  >:o(
