[Milsurplus] Ethical questions at the fester.

Interesting dilemma from John. A few times in the past I have seen
something that I wanted that someone else was looking at. In those cases,
I have let the seller know that I would pay the asking price. That does
the following, Lets the seller know that if he wants to he can get "his"
price, or he can continue to deal with the person. The decision is up to
him. I don't say I'll offer you X$$$$ more than Buyer "A". It has made
a few "customers" mad as all heck but really the item belongs to the buyer
until terms are met and agreed on. On the other hand if the same happens
to me as the first guy in, I must accept, and do so without question the
same action. In cases where the buyer wants to include my offer into
play, I must stand by the offer with no additional questions about
condition, ect... John F. Am I one of the guys who is on your blacklist?
Just wondering if I need to bring a hard hat to NEARFEST?
