[Milsurplus] Tuning instructions for the PRC-74

Hi All,
   
  Getting ready to try out my PRC-74, does anyone have
the simplified instructions that are in Mark"s book on
how to not blow out the finals when doing the initial
tune up?  I have the book, but it is in Muscat and i
am in Texas.  Bad move to leave it there while i am on
home leave here.
