That's an ILS control box.  The Localizer
frequencies are shown, the Glide Slope
receiver and its frequencies were paired
to the Localizer frequeicies, but never
shown anyplace except in the Maintenance
Manuals.  Been there...
P.S.  These numerical frequencies gave way
to letters, "X", "Y", and "Z", etc, which
can be found on some other ILS control boxes.
