[Milsurplus] BC-223 AX transmitter

Hi all, 
 
Anyone have a readable copy of the circuit diagram for the BC-223-AX  
transmitter please. 
 
I found one on the web which gives the basic impression but is too smudged  
to read clearly regarding the connector pin outs.
