I have this set also with the aerials, also the handcrank generator and the battery 
backpack, and the US manual. ( Which seems to be one of very few SIG-E 
booklets  with an actual schematic in it. ) ( Schematic was also in an article
in CQ a few years back. )  I was crowing about this to someone else who then 
told me, he knew someone in New Jersey USA who had a complete one in shipping
trunk. Lesson learned, it seems there is always one better out there, no matter what
you have!
I have not looked at this schematic in years, but it may allow gently inserting a 
quartz in the grid circuit for the transmit position. Without that, you can only really
talk to other superregen type receivers. Of course, it receives fine, you can use it
as is as a "CB activity checker".
