[Milsurplus] Q and Z signals

Looking back, "Q" Signals were an international
thing, but there were many different "Prosign"
lists used by various groups, including Army
Sig Corps and Air Force.  Hams have their ARRL
traffic prosign list.  "Z" Signals were developed
for use by groups who needed something more
standard than the lists of prosigns.  We did use
"Q" Signaals in USAF, i.e. QAM, QAB, QAH, QSY,
QSA, QRK, QSB, QSV, etc, and we used "Z" Signals
mostly for military type applications.  We still do.
