That should be INT ZNB

And Z signals were in general use at least through 1970 in mil comms, and 
still seen today. Look at any military RTTY message, that shows up online, 
the header has typically ZNR UUUUU (the ZNR means message is cleared for 
unclassified transmissions means. A message which is classified would have 
ZNY instead of ZNR).
