I know you can find what you need in "The Radiotron Designer's Handbook" --
a huge (1400 page) red book originally published by RCA in the 1950s. I
suspect you may be able to get the info in "Reference Data for Radio
Engineers" -- published by ITT from the 1930s through the 1960s with
frequent revisions. You might also try an ARRL handbook from the 1940s. I
have the first two. If you can't find them in a library, contact me off list
and I will e-mail pages.
