[Milsurplus] Question

I haven't seen it lately, but for a long time this was steadily offered on Epay.
I am sure it was a copy but i don't particularly recall that  the Epay listing said
so. (naturally). 
I think the original goes for something like ~$50 - $75.
Yes- the colors and graphics are great!
