[Milsurplus] Fair Radio and PRC-47s

I bot a nice PRC47 from Fair.  "Repairable".  Is like new.

To get it on LSB, however, you need to buy the USB filter.  Fair sells the 
Mod Amp module and says for LSB.  It has the LSB filter, and the radio will 
run on USB.  Get the USB filters from eBAY, don't buy the Fair LSB module.
