[Unserviceable but Repairable]

Something that really gets my goat is the 'premium paypal' seller
rating.

It sez you accept Credit Cards to back payments & you'll swallow an extra 
3% or escallatingly less for the 'service.'

Credit card companies charge ~0.7% & Ebay quadruples this

Even worse, if you accept payment as a non-premium user, it seems to
a bidder you don't accept it at all.  You as seller have to explain 
this in the "other payment instructions" box.

I think they started this last November, just in time for holidays.

I'm dang surprised this reaming has never been brought to light by
the internet trading patrol.
