If i'm going to send a MO i go to one of the local grocery stores and
buy it. COsts about 35 cents. It's not USPS but i've not had one
refused and at the grocery stores around here the waiting line is just
about nonexistent. Quick in and right back out. Hitting the Post
office on the other hand can mean at least 15 minutes to half an hour
down time. Then if you get one in the mail you have to wait in line to
cash it, if the service person has the cash. OTherwise it's wait over
there for that one as they should have the money.
