sorry jim, but you're in for a possible rude awakening IF and WHEN one
of those 25¢ m.o.'s comes up missing in the mail - i used to use them,
was real happy w/ the price, and they were American Express money
orders, purchased at the local Albertson's - never thought there would
be a problem.

used them for a while, then one came up missing in the mail; using the
info on the back of the m.o. regarding lost m.o.'s, a m.o. for $8.00 was
forwarded to American Express to do a search for this m.o. to see if it
was cashed. long story short - NEVER heard from American Express, the
call to the 800 number resulted in nothing being done except being told
to send ANOTHER $8.00 m.o. to do a search.

no more of those for me - if it's a m.o., it's USPS. regarding having a
P.O. clerk verify an incoming USPS m.o. for fraudulent copy i'm told by
my clerks that's impossible; that's why your info is taken down when
cashing it at the P.O., IF it comes up counterfeit you ARE responsible
for it.

just a FYI.
